Start of race is green flag all restarts after that are dictated by the leader via the iracing restart zone(pace car is off track)
No three (3) wide racing on lap one (1)
On tracks with an apron (Apron is defined by white line on bottom of the track.) No passing on the apron on first lap or restart.
1st offense drive through penalty
2nd offense disqualified
There is no lane changes before the start/finish line allowed on start or restart. (barring extenuating circumstances) If driver changes lanes a drive through penalty will be given.

CAUTION
No brake checks
1st offense verbal warning from race control
2nd offense 1 lap black flag
If you caused a caution EOL will be enforced
If you cause a second caution driver will receive 1 lap black flag
If you cause a third caution driver will be disqualified
Must maintain one (1) car length (If there is an incident the instigating driver will receive a one (1) lap black flag)
Must maintain single file in low lane, do not clog of lanes, allowing lucky dog to pass high.
If you are holding up traffic during a caution you will be given an EOL.
All cars must maintain reasonable speed (average pace is 70MPH)
Drivers who choose to debate guilt or fault for a caution will automatically be given an end of the longest line penalty. (HEY MAYBE TRY ACTUALLY DOING THIS! I WATCH/LISTEN TO ALL THE RACES AND HAVE ONLY HEARD OF IT HAPPENING ONCE)
No hanging back more then a car length on restart
No jumping restart and passing cars 3 wide going into a corner
No passing before the start/finish line *unless circumstances permit* ie wreck
PIT ROAD
If you cause a wreck exiting Pit Road you will be given a one (1) lap black flag
You must maintain Pit Road speed (limit that is posted on track.) Failure to maintain pit road speed could result in a stop and go. At the discretion of race control.
Pit road speeding penalties will be handled either during or post race and can result with a point penalty issued.
All cars must maintain a gap driving on Pit Road if contact occurs the instigating driver will receive a drive through penalty.
All cars are expected to maintain single file driving in pit road on the outside. If drivers run side by side and an incident occur an EOL will be issued to the at fault driver.
Merge back onto the track on the back stretch at all times. During practice, qualify, and race.
No driver should come to a stop before entering pit box
No driver should fall below 5 mph of pit road speed limit will be issued a drive through penalty
Drivers who cannot run pits speed and cause a wreck will be issued a
1st Offence 15 second hold under green flag
2nd offence 1 lap black flag
3rd offence parked (disqualified)

Lagging Connection - if you are lagging for more than 3 consecutive laps you will receive a one (1) lap black flag. if lag persists driver will be asked to park until a time that his/her connection has reached a stable state
